And they filed false Police reports and the Napa Police did not press charges on them! On December 14, 1993 a Judge granted a Mutual Restraining order, and both parties are to stay away 25 yards from each other. Both parties live directly across the street from each other. From curb to curb is 50 feet wide, 25 yards is 75 feet from Plaintiff's door to Defendants door. The date of the restraining order the Plaintiff's house was vacant and the Defendant's was occupied!
The persons in this video clip are in violation of their own restraining order case number 67795. The Napa District Attorney did not prosecute them for their violations instead they took sides and tried to prosecute my father, myself and my brother on insufficient evidence! I believe that some Napa Police Officers and Napa District Attorney's are "RACIST'S"!
